fitted to plastic rim - 20mm roller bearing centre
These wheels have the properties of a pumped wheel, but they have no air!!
They are are micro-cellular / honeycomb rubber tyre, which has a good 'bounce' & is very heavy duty,
you will never have a flat tyre again!!

These are excellent quality wheels with heavy wearing tyres -
